This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how SlapTee prepares and ships orders placed through slaptee.com.
Order handling
Every shirt is printed to order with your photos and words and is prepared to ship within 5–7 business days. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
Shipping rates and delivery times
- United States and Canada: standard shipping is $9.95, and free on orders of $100 or more. Delivery takes 7–10 business days after production.
- United Kingdom and Australia: flat-rate shipping is $19.95. The estimated delivery date is shown at checkout.
Checkout is the final source for available services, charges, and estimated delivery dates. Delivery estimates begin after the order is handed to the carrier. Carrier delays, severe weather, and incomplete or incorrect addresses can affect delivery.
International orders
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by the destination country are not included in the order total and are paid by the recipient.
Order tracking
When tracking is available, we send it to the email address used at checkout. You can also sign in to your customer account to review your orders. Carrier tracking can take time to update after shipment.
Address changes
Review the delivery address before submitting your order. To request a change or cancellation, email us within 6 hours of ordering. We cannot guarantee changes after production or fulfillment has begun.
Delivery problems
If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, or tracking shows a delivery problem, email us with your order number and delivery address. Photos of the package and item help us resolve a damage or incorrect-item claim. See our Refund Policy for replacements.
